Awesome Places was built as a testing ground App to get familiar with ReactNative whilst following a course on Udemy by Maximilian Schwarzmüller called React Native - The Practical Guide.
The app allows people to view and share their favourite places by first taking a picture that shows the place you are sharing, pick a location (GPS if enabled) and give it a short description.
